HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> The Decatur Area Arts Council, hereafter refened to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and <br /> its successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage, injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property, during Brew Ha Ha event on Saturday, September 24, 2016, from <br /> 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., by the sponsoring agency, its officers, agents, employees, and <br /> registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage, and personal and bodily injury, including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event, evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an <br /> amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided. The City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, must be named as additional insured on both policies for the duration of the <br /> Event.
