SECTION 2 DEFINITIONS 2-1. ALLEY - a public way within a block, generally qivinq access to the r�-�ar of lots or buildinqs and not used for qeneral traf¢ic circulation. 2-2 . BLOCK - a tract of land bounded by str�ets or by a combination o�one or more streets, shore lines of streams or other lines of demarcation. 2-3. BUILDZNG SF.TBr�CR LIVc - a line �f a plat within a lot or otner parce o an w ic enotes the area between such line and the adjacent lot line where structures a�e prohibited, except utility transformer vaults and those structures permitted• under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. 2-4 .
