That the above described easement of the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same is hereby, vacated. <br /> Section 2. That the vacation herein provided for is made upon <br /> the express condition that Industrial Park Development grant the City <br /> of Decatur an easement for sewers, water mains , and other public purposes <br /> on and over the following described tract: <br /> The West 10 feet of Lot 23 of Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> as recorded in Book 1575 Page 153 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> upon the granting of such to the City such vacation shall become <br /> effective. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 17th day of <br /> December , 19 79 <br /> Elmer W.
