<br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that land described as follows is
<br /> proposed to be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois :
<br /> Part of Lot Six (6) of the South Half (S 1/2) of
<br /> Section Six (6) , Township Sixteen (16) North,
<br /> Range Three (3) East of t�he T�iird Principal
<br /> Meridian, as per plat recorded in Record "K" page
<br /> 397, in the Circuit Clerk' s Office of Macon
<br /> County, Illinois , except the South Six Hundred
<br /> Fifty (650) feet thereof, more particularly
<br /> described as follows : Beginning at a point on
<br /> the West line of the Illinois Central Gulf
<br /> Railroad right of way, said point being 700
<br /> feet North of and 50 feet West of a stone which
<br /> is the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Westlake
<br /> Third Addition of Out Lots to the City of Decatur,
<br /> Illinois , according to the plat thereof recorded
<br /> in Book 536, page 66 , of the Records in the
<br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ;
<br /> thence West a distance of 185 feet along a line
<br /> parallel to the North line of Westlake Third
<br /> Addition of Out Lots to the City of Decatur,
<br /> Illinois ; thence North 250 feet along a line
<br /> parallel to the West line of said Illinois
<br /> Central Gulf right of way; thence East a
<br /> distance of 185 feet along a line parallel to
<br /> the North line of said Westlake Third Addition
<br /> to a point on the West right of way line of the
<br /> Illinois Central Gulf Railroad; thence South
<br /> along said West right of way line a distance of
<br /> 250 feet to the point of beginning
