That the above described portion of roadway easement <br /> be, :.nd the same is hereby, vacated as a public roadway easement <br /> effective and upon the exception and conditions hereinafter pro.vided, <br /> inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the <br /> public interest will be subserved by such vacation, said portion of <br /> said roadway easement being shown on the plat thereof hereto <br /> attached and hereby made a part 'hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the benefits which will accrue to the owners <br /> of abutting property by reason of the vacation aforesaid is determined <br /> to be, in the judgment of the Council, equal to the sum of SIX HUNDRED <br /> DOLLARS ($600 .00) . <br /> Section 3.
