/ � , li <br /> ' �'��� <br /> ORDINAATCE NO. — � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 4th d y of October, 1979 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commi sion held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of ROBLEY L. JOHNS N to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lots 13 and 14 in Blo k 11 of Carver's Addition <br /> as per plat recorded 'n Book T Page 238 of the <br /> records in the Record r's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illino is; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESI ENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur ity Plan Commission recommended that <br /> said premises be rezoned to�IB-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same i.s hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said' desczibed premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SI GLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to <br /> B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the istricts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth a d defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, reg lations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and erified on the District Zoning Map <br /> as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and <br /> they ar� hereby, amended anld changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSEL�, APPROVEL� AND RECORDED this / , y of October,l979 . <br /> MAYOR a -7�/'� <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CI E K � <br />
