BOGGS to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot Four of Assessor' s lat of part of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of the Southwes Quarter of Section 34 , Township <br /> 17 North, Range 2 East f the Third P.M. , as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 683, p ge 280 of the records in the <br /> Recorder ' s Office of Ma on County, Illinois; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDE CE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur Ci y Plan Commission recommended that <br /> said premises be rezoned to R 2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the re ommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the s me is hereby, received, placed on file - <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said d scribed premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SING E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to <br /> R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE D STRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Di tricts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, co only known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regul tions, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
