, �. ��W\V�1�+"'� <br /> . „ , ,, . <br /> ORDINANCE N0.��� � <br /> T" <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZ,�ONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day o'f September, 1979 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commissi n held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of LAND OF LINCOLN CREDIT UNION to rezone premises <br /> described as follows : <br /> Lot Eleven (11) and the South 1/2 of Lot Ten (10) <br /> in Block One (1) of Star and Mills First Addition <br /> as per plat recorded in B�ook 22 page 470 of the <br /> records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Cit Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition b granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT O AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recammendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the s me is hereby, received, placed on <br /> f ile and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said deslcribed premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SING E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Dis�ricts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and 'defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , co�only known asthe Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regul tions, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
