Official Statement, but nothing herein shall be construed as pr�ohibiting the Underwriter from including such information in said Appendix pursuant to authoriza- tion from the Company. Section 5• That it is herewith found, determined and declared that the existence of Ithe Pro�ect will create or retain employment opportunities in or �ear the City and will be an industrial pro,ject of good stan�ding which will benefit the City. Section 6. That the �city hereby elects to have the I provisions of Section 103(b) (6) (D) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, apply to the Bonds authorized by this ordinance, and the Mayor or the City Clerk is hereby directed to file or cause to be f iled anlappropriate statement relating to such election with the Inter�al Revenue Service. Section 7. That the Mayor and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, attest, seal and deliver any and all documents a�d do any and all thin�s deemed necessary to effect the acquisi�ion and construction of the Pro�ect and the issuance and sale of the Bonds and the execution and delivery of the Loan Agreement, the Indenture and to carry _��
