� • � , , <br /> required to be obtained from th fire official, application for the <br /> same shall be made at the Offic of the City Clerk upon forms there <br /> furnished containing such info ation as may reasonably be required <br /> by the fire official to permit he administration of said provisions <br /> and those connected therewith, hich said application shall be <br /> accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $15 .00 , unless a fee in excess <br /> thereof is otherwise expressly equired by one of said provisions . <br /> 7. The fire official or h�.s duly authorized representatives, as <br /> may be in charge at the scene o� a fire or other emergency involving <br /> the protection of life or prope�ty, is empowered to direct such <br /> operations as may be necessary o extinguish or control any suspected <br /> or reported fires, gas leaks, o other hazardous conditions or <br /> situations or to take any such �ther action necessary in the reason- I <br /> able performance of his or thei� duty. The fire official may prohibit <br /> any person, vehicle or object f�om approaching the scene and may remove <br /> or cause to be removed from the scene any person, vehicle or object <br /> which may impede or interfere w�th the operations of the fire department. <br /> The fire official may remove or cause to be removed any person, vehicle <br /> or object from hazardous areas. All persons ordered to leave a <br /> hazardous area shall do so imme iately and shall not re-enter the area <br /> until authorized to do so by th fire official . <br /> 8 . It shall be unlawful td interfere with, attempt to interfere <br /> with, conspire to interfere witY�, obstruct or restrict the mobility <br /> I <br /> of, or block the path of travel of any fire department emergency <br /> vehicle in any way, or to inter�ere with, attempt to interfere, conspire <br /> to interfere with, obstruct or hamper any fire department operation. <br />
