I y <br /> ORDINANC�E NO. �I(� ��FlL� <br /> . �_ � <br /> I AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br /> B-3 PLANNED SHOP�ING CENTER DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd da� of August, 1979 , upon due notice, � <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commis ion neia a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of The Citizens Nat 'onal Bank of Decatur, as Trustee <br /> under Trust No. 2318 to rezo e premises described as: <br /> The Northwest Quarter f the Northeast Quarte� of <br /> Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the <br /> 3rd P.M. , lying Wester y and Northerly of Spring <br /> Creek excepting theref om those areas used ar <br /> previously conveyed fo highway purposes, situated <br /> in Macon County, Illin is; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESID NCE DISTRICT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING <br /> CENTER DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur C' ty Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition e granted. <br /> NO[ni, THEREFORE, BE IT RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the r commendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon e condition that said premises are <br /> developed only in accordance ith the site plan thereof attached <br /> hereto, marked Exhibit A and ereby made a part hereof, said <br /> premises be, and they are her by, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-3 PL NED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Di tricts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defin d in Ordinance No. 3512. of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly k own as the Zoning Ordinance and all <br /> the provisions, reguZations, estrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the prem' ses above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
