Carroll alnd Sara E. Carroll to rezone premises <br /> describ ed as : - <br /> 6 Sand Hill Drive and 1 gally described as Lot 6 <br /> in Blocl� 4 of Spitler H ights Subdivision, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 802 at Page 113 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Offic of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-I SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESTDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Cit�y Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be �granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O1�DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, TLLINOTS: <br /> Section 1. That the rec�mmendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the sam is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. � <br /> Section 2 . That said de cribed premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DTSTRIC . <br /> Section 3. That the Dis ricts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and d fined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, comm nly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulat'ons, restrictions and -requirements <br /> therein se�. forth shall apply t the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
