' � , ������ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. e� _ � p, <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of July, 1979 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of JAMES A. MARQUIS to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot One (1) of Assessor' s Plat, being part of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34 , <br /> Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal <br /> Meridian, as per plat recorded in Book 683 page 280 of <br />' the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois• <br /> . <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILL2NOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
