� `� � 't ��W1o�� ORDINANCE P10. � - � ORDIANNCE GR.ANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - B-1 PRI�TATE CLUB - WHEREAS , on the 5th day of July, 1979 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Moonriders Motorcycle Club for a special use permit to operate a private club in the City of Decatur, Illinois, on premises described as : Lots 13 and 14 in Block 7 in Carver' s Addition as per plat recorded in Book T page 238 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; commonly known as 1128 East Grand Street; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted and did file a report of its findings with this Council in support of said recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Se ction 1. That the findings and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be , and they are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the B-1 Special Use Permit to operate a private club be, and it is hereby, granted to Moonriders Motorcycle Club for the premises aforesaid, subject to petitioner submitting a complete site plan to the Building Inspector along with its remodeling permit application, said site plan to show adequate paved parking and driveway access, and subject to the structure located on said premises complying with all applicable City building and housing codes and regulations. Section 3. That said special use permit authorized hereby continue and be in force for a period of ten years from this date, at which time it shall automatically expire and be null and void unless extended by Council. Section 4 . That the District Zoning Map as provided in Ordinance No. 3512 as amended be modified to show the granting of said special use permit. , PRESENTED, PPSSED, APPRVOED AND RECORDED this l --�- day of July, 1979 . ��, MA OR I ATTEST: .
