That the Building Code heretofore adopted by <br /> Ordinance No. 79-14 passed January 22 , 1979 , be, and the same <br /> is hereby, modified and amended by deleting the provisions of <br /> Section 107. 5 and of Sections 315 . 1 through 315 . 11, inclusive, <br /> therefrom. <br /> Section 2 .
