Klieber and others requesting there <br /> annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> The South 675 feet of the East 800 feet of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, <br /> Section 17, Township 16 North, Rar.ge 2 East of <br /> the 3r� P .M. in Macon County, Illinois , containing <br />' i2 .4 acres more or less ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners <br /> of record of all land within such territory and that no electors <br /> reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous tc the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any City , Village, or <br /> Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHERE.�S, notice of intention to take action for <br /> annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T:iE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
