M.� . <br /> • f' '► <br /> � • <br /> MONDAY, MAY 21, 1979 <br /> On Monday, May 21, 1979, the City Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois met in regular meeting at 7: 30 P.M. at their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the Council Chambers at 355 East <br /> Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor Elmer W. Walton presided; <br /> together with him being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Thomas P. Daly, <br /> Larry W. Foster, William F. Oliver, Nick Striglos and Michael J. <br /> Tate. Seven members of the Council were present. Mayor Walton <br /> declared a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> �4170 Ordinance No. 79-70 , amending Ordinance 57-68 regarding Economic <br /> Development Revenue Bonds, was oresented and read. <br /> Councilman Daly moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Oliver, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Daly, Foster, Oliver and Mayor Walton voted aye. Councilmen <br /> Striglos and Tate voted nay. The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business , Councilman Daly moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Tate, and on call of <br /> the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Daly, Foster, Oliver, Striqlos , Tate <br /> and Mayor Walton voted aye.
