d � . v , Parcel No. 1 T A temporary easement for construction purposes in and over premises described as : A part of Lot 1 of Weyls Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , excepting that part of the Northwest corner dedicated for public road right af way as per plat recorded in Book 335 page 423 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 thence West a distance of 11 . 80 feet along the North line of said Lot 1 to the Point of Beginning, thence Southwesterly a distance of 114 . 34 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Lot l , thence Northeasterly a distance of 57. 50 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 1 , thence East a distance of 57. 50 feet along said North line to the Point of Beginning. Section 2. That it be, and it is hereby, determined that the aforesaid real property is necessary for a public use. Section 3. That the Director of Public Works and the Corporation Counsel , jointly and severally, be, and they are hereby, authorized to cause said real property to be acquired on behalf of the City, and that in the event the same is not able to be acquired by agreement with the owners thereof upon the compensation to be paid therefor, or in the event title to said property is defective then title to and possession of said real property shall be acquired by and for the City by the exercise of condemnation under the Eminent Domain Law of the State of Illinois . Section 4 . That this ordinance take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
