Hundley and Norma Lee Hundley requesting <br /> that there be annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> The North Half of Lot Five (5) of Fairground Home <br /> Sites an addition of Out Lots to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 802 page 112 , <br /> of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners <br /> of record of all land within such territory and by at Ieast 51� of the <br /> electors residing therein, and that such territory is cantiguous <br /> to the City and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village, <br /> or Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as reguired. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved . <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto <br /> not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed <br /> to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , <br /> a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4.
