�'�V� ORDINANCE NO. 7 �f - � � AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of May, 1979 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of REBCO AUDIO VISUAL, INC. to rezone premises described as : Parcel of land, being in the NW4 of Section 28 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East and more particularly des�,cribed as follows : Beginning west line Wabash Railroad right of way west 122�; SW Railroad right of way 178 ; then straight line due east to west line; then northeasterly along west line of right of way to point of beginning, rom B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be denied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and disapproved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRTCT. Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. ,� PRESENTED, PASS�D, APPROVED AND RECORDED this�� day of May, 1979 .
