, <br /> � Y � ,. _ <br /> � .�IICROfiLMED <br /> ORD INANCE NO._�%'�5/ <br /> t <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of April , 1979 , upon due notice , <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br />' petition of T. DOUGLAS JOHNSON and MERLE L. BOURNE to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> All of that part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 22 Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the <br /> 3rd P.M. and all that part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 <br /> of Section 27 lying 5outh and East of the right of <br /> way mainline of I.C. R.R. and lying West and South of <br /> Mattoon Div. R.R. and North of U. S . 51 of Section 27 <br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> , <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be , and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 � <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> ther�in set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
