ORDINANCE NO. � O <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l . That William Street from Pine Street to Route 105 <br /> is hereby established as a thru street and yield the right of way signs <br /> shall be installed at all streets entering said William Street ' <br /> between Pine Street and Route 105 . , <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice j <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions � <br /> hereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One i <br /> Dollar ($1 . 00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for <br /> each offense. <br /> Section 3.
