. . <br /> , r� , � <br /> �, (b) That the petitioner cause the extension of a 12 inch <br /> � water main of the City, now existing in West Grove Road, from the <br /> current terminus thereof to a point in said West Grove Road lying <br /> directly north of the intersection of the eastern property line of <br /> said premises with said West Grove Road, said petitioner to be reim- <br /> bursed by the City of Decatur for the difference in costs between the <br /> extension of the 12 inch water main as aforesaid and the like extension <br /> of an 8 inch water main; and, <br /> (c) That no building permits will be issued for said premises <br /> until petitioner constructs or bonds for improvements to the following <br /> described portians of South Taylor Road and West Grove Road: <br /> From a point 100 feet South of the intersection <br /> of Masters Lane and South Taylor Road north to the <br /> intersection of said South Taylor Road and West <br /> Grove Road, thence east along West Grove Road to <br /> the east line of the premises described in Exhibit <br /> "A" hereto, <br /> said improvements to be in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> Department of Public Works; petitioner will be reimbursed by the City <br /> of Decatur for 50� of the cost of said improvement. "Costs" as used <br /> herein shall include but is not limited to labor, materials, engineering <br /> fees and land acquisition. Engineering, including resident engineering, <br /> construction guidance, inspection and construction staking, shall be <br /> performed by petitioner, and fees for such engineering are hereby defined <br /> as and limited to ten percent of all other construction costs. <br /> (d) That all costs of extending sanitary sewers to the premises <br /> shall be at petitioners expense. <br /> (e) That no lots as shown on Exhibit "B" shall have direct <br /> vehicular access-onto South Taylor Road or West Grove Road. <br /> (f) That petitioner otherwise comply with all applicable building, <br /> construction, mechanical and zoning codes and ordinances of the City of <br /> Decatur in the development of said premises hereunder. <br /> Section 5 . That the approval granted hereby be, and it is hereby, <br /> made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance <br /> No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, <br /> and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in accordance herewith. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this ��day of March, 1979 . <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C I CLE K <br />
