� ' MICRQFILMED ORDINANCE I�O. AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS , on the lst day of March, 1979 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of JOHN ZIESE, INC. , to rezone premises described as : A tract beginning 4 .54 chains west of the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty- three (33) , Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. , thence North 7. 25 chains, thence West 27. 58� chains, thence South 7 . 25 chains , thence East 27 .58'� chains to the place of beginning, situated in th�. County of r4acon, State of Illinois, from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Ccanmission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved . Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTR2CT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set for th shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amendEd and changed as herein set forth.
