NOTICE OF <br /> REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION <br /> * * * * * <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Regular Municipal Election <br /> will be held in and for the City of Decatur, Illinois , on the 17th <br /> day of April, 1979 , for the election of one for the Office of Mayor <br /> of said City for a regular term; and three for the Office of <br /> Councilman of said City for regular terms; and for voting upon <br /> the following propositions : <br /> Shall the City of Decatur, Illinois cease to <br /> be a home rule unit of government? <br /> Shall the City of Decatur, Illinois adopt the <br /> strong mayor form of government? <br /> The legal voters in said City residing in �the several <br /> election precincts thereof shall vote in the precinct in which <br /> they respectively reside at the following polling places : <br />
