. , � . <br /> , - � <br /> � , , �.. <br /> t � � �'v��i1.�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO.� �`o� ' <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - TWIN OAKS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1979 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of J. William Mavis and Thomas E. Swartz to amend the Residence <br /> Development Plan heretofore granted the Millikin National Bank as <br /> Trustee under Trust #2661 by Ordinance No. 78-89 as to premises <br /> situated in the City of Decatur and described as follows : <br /> Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of <br /> Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the <br /> Third P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, said tracts being <br /> more particularly described as follows : <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest <br /> quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 3, <br /> running thence North for 1522 . 56 feet; thence West <br /> for 660 .00 feet; thence South for 299 .64 feet; <br /> thence West 189 .42 feet; thence South for 709 . 35 <br /> feet; thence East for 424 .75 feet; thence South for <br /> 192 . 75 feet; thence East 150 .00 feet; thence South <br /> for 320 .40 feet; thence East for 270 . 80 feet to the <br /> point of beginning, containing 22 . 357 acres, more or <br /> less; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation and report of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the condition hereinafter mentioned, the <br /> aforesaid Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended by substituting the plat thereof hereto attached, marked <br /> Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof in lieu of the plat <br /> previously approved by and made a part of Ordinance No . 78-89 for all <br /> purposes as set out in said ordinance. <br />
