This ordinance shall be known arid may be cited as the "Heating and Cooling License Ordinance" . Seci.ion 2, Whenever the words "Inspection Division" are usecl here- in, it shall refer to the Inspection Division of the Department of Community Developrnent of the City of Decatur, Illinois , and whenever the words "building official" are used herein the same refers to the Superintendent of Inspections in said Department. Section 3. As used in this ordinance the following terms shall have the meanings set out herein: A. Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors means : (a) Any person, engaged in the business of installing, altering or servicing heating, air conditioning or refrigeration systems as herein defined: . (b) Any private or municipally owned public utility if such public utility installs heating, air condition- i or refri eration s stems as herein defined. �1 g Y The term Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Cont�actor does not include: (a) Any private or municipally owned public utility fuel supplier or dealer that supplies fuel and ser- vices or repaizs heating or air conditioning appliances or equipment in connection with or as a part of their business or supplying the fuel used in such �pplia:�ces or equipment; (b) Any liquefied petroleum gas dealer subject to "AN ACT to regulate the storage, transportation, sale and use of liquefied petroleum gases" approved July 11, 1955 , as now or hereafter amended; (c) Any electriGal contractor regi�lated or licensed as such under the provisions of the Electrical Code of tr.e C�tY of Decatur, Sllino�s.
