That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this <br /> ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded <br /> by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois . <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 5th day of <br /> �D�3Ce�ml�re�x,x��c�x February, 19 79. <br /> Elmer W.
