PHILLIPS to rezone premises described as : The West Half of Lot 247 of Lakeside Club as per plat recorded in Book 300 page 91 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , The Decatur City P1an Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted .
