That Section 5-48 of Ordinance No . 3614 <br /> establishing two truck loading zones on South Water Street be, <br /> and the same �s hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 2 . That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when parking <br /> meters are ins.talled thereat, the west side of South Water <br /> Street from a point 37 feet north of the north right of way line <br /> of East Wood Street to a point 32 feet north thereof shall be <br /> limited to a continuous maximum parking period for vehicular <br /> _ parking of 30 minutes and said portion of said street be, and <br /> the same is hereby, designated a 30-minute parking zone . <br /> Section 3.
