�. �f � ` ' � � - • • ,��CROF1lMED ORDINANCE N0. �'� AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS WHEREAS , there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of KAREN J. MILLER and others requesting that there be annexed tc tne City of Decatur, Illinois , territory described as : The South Half of Lot 11 and Lots 26 , 27, 29 and 32 of Fairground Home Sites as per plat recorded in Book 802 page 112 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS , it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of the electors residir.g therein, and that said territcry is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of ar_y City, Viliage, _ Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as requirPd. NOW, T:iEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COJVCIL OF T�iE CITY 0� DECATliR, ILLINOIS: Secticn 1. That said Fetition and the request thereoz be, and the same are here�y approved. Section 2 .
