� ` , . -�r � MICROFILMED ORDINANCE NO. — 5 ORDINANCE AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - BAKER WOODS - ' WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, i978 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Con�nission held a public hearing upon the petition of The Citizens National Bank of Decatur, as Trustee under Trust No. 2695, to amend the R-3 Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 5854 and subsequently amended by ordinance No. 78-78 , as to the premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois , shown as lot 152 on the plat of said Residence Development Plan and more particularly described as follows : From the Northwest corner of Lot 40 Baker Woods Estates First Addition as per plat recorded in Book 1575 , page 227 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , measure S 72° 00 ' 10" E. , 97. 42 feet along the north line of said addition to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said north line 304 . 51 feet; thence S 44° 53 ' 30" E. , 219 . 00 feet; thence N 0° 49 ' 26" E. , 380 . 39 feet; thence N 88° 46 ' 38" W. , 446 . 74 feet; thence S 1° 13 ' 22" W. , 140. 68 feet to the point of beginning containing 2 . 33 acres, more or less, situated in the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-3 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby further modified and amended by substituting the plot plan presented herewith and hereby made a part hereof for the plot plan designated by and made part of Ordinance No. 78-78 I for al� ur oses as set out therein.
