SWARTZ to rezone premises described as : I That part of the North 30 acres of the Northeast Quarter , of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33 , Township 17 ' North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, except the West 10 acres thereof described as follows : Beginning at a point on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33 lying So uth 0° 35 ' 42" West (assumed bearing) 60 . 03 feet to the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33 and also being on the South Right-of-way line of County Highway No. 22 marked West Mound Road; thence continuing South 0° 35 ' 42" West 933 . 33 feet to a stone monument; thence South 89° 06 '' 54"West 877.51 feet to an iron pin monument; thence North 0°34 ' 58" East 790 .49 feet to an iron pin monument; thence North 88°55 ' 49" East 215 .00 feet; thence North 0° 34 ' S8" East 152 . 02 feet to an iron pin monument on the i South right-of-way line of County Highway No. 22; thence North 88°55 ' 49" East 64 . 24 feet on said South Right-of-way I�, line; thence South 1°04 ' ll" East 10. 00 feet on said South ' Right-of-way line; thence North 88° 55 ' 49" East 598 . 26 . feet on the said South Right-of-way line to the point of beginning, containing 18 .09 acres more ar less , and situated in Macon County, Illinois; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTI�ICT to R-3 SINGLE F.AMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WN�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the pr�yer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Sectior. l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
