NOW, THERE�'OkE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI3E CI'I'1' OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. Thnt the said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public highways the=ein or next and adjacent thereto, not heretofore annexed, if any, be and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2 . That a plat of said annexe� premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. ;
