� + , � . �LEA,SE OF EASEME(�T WHEREAS, on August 13, 1969, DONALD E. BAUER and MARCELLA A. BAUER did, by instrument entitled "Deed", grant a perpetual Easement to the City of Decatur, Decatur, Illinois, for the purposes of con- struction, reconstruction, repairing and maintaining such ditches, drains, tiles or other structures as may be desirable or necessary for such purposes along and upon the premises described as: The South 10 feet of Lots 94 and 117 of Dodson's 2nd Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 218 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, which is situated in the County of Ma.con, State of Illinois, all as recorded on August 21, 1969 as Document No. 871373 in Book 1654 on Page 540 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and WHEREAS, said Easement is no longer necessary or convenient for use by the City of Decatur and the City desires to, release and vacate the same. NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the City of Decatur, pursuant to Ordinance No. g�/�v _, duly adopted and approved by the City Council, City of Decatur, Illinois, does hereby release 5aid Easement and discharge said real estate from said Easement covering the following described real estate, to-wit: The South 10 feet of Lots 94 and 117 of Dodson's 2nd Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 218 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated in the City of Decatur, County o€ Macon and State of Illinois, which Easement Deed is dated August 13, 1969 and recorded August 21, 1969 as Document No. 871373 in Book 1654 on Page 540 of the Records in the Recorder's Off ice of Macon County, Illinois. �I DATED thisq�� day of � , 1978.
