<br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY
<br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of September, 1978 , upon due notice,
<br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the
<br /> petition of YOUNG CHUL RHO and METRO MANAGEMENT, INC. to rezone
<br /> premises described as follows :

<br /> Lot 1 of William F. Turney' s Subdivision of the West
<br /> 4� acres of the east 10 acres of Lot 19 in the
<br /> Southwest 1/4 of Section 9 , Township 16 North, Range
<br /> 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat recorded in Book 335,
<br /> page 240 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon
<br /> County, Illinois ; also 27 feet East and adjoining said Lot 1
<br /> being a part of Lot 8 of Assessor' s Subdivision of all of
<br /> Lot 19 in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9 , Township 16 North,
<br /> Range 2 East of the Third P.M. , situated in Macon County,
<br /> Illinois , except Lots l , 2 , 3 , 4 and 5 of William F. Turney' s
<br /> Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Book 536 page 94 of
<br /> the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ,
<br /> and all of Lot Six (6) of Assessor' s Subdivision of all of
<br /> Lot Nineteen (19) in the Southwest Quarter of Section 9 ,
<br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , Macon County,
<br /> Illinois, except Lots 1, 2 , 3, 4 and 5 of William F. Turney' s
<br /> Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 536 page 94 of the
<br /> records in the Recorder's Office of 'Macon County, Illinois,
<br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that
<br /> the prayer of said petition be denied.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan
<br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and dis-
<br /> approved.
<br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,
<br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT.
<br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are
<br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City
<br /> of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and
<br /> all the provisions, regulations , restrictions and requirements therein
