P�SASEY to rezone premises described as : <br /> Beginning at a point on the east line E 1/2 NW 1/4 <br /> Section 36, T17N, R2E, 3rd P.M. , said point being <br /> 274 . 80 feet north of the south east corner of said <br /> E 1/2 , thence S90°00 ' 00" W a distance of 622 . 02 feet; <br /> thence S 0° 00 ' 00" W a distance of 35 . 00 feet; thence <br /> S 90 °00 ' 00" W a distance of 430 . 00 feet; thence N 0° <br /> 00 ' 00" E a distance of 490 .00 feet; thence N 90° <br /> 00 ' 00" E a distance of 270 . 00 feet; thence N 0° <br /> 00 ' 00" E a distance of 140 . 00 feet; thence E 110 ' <br /> N 20 'N 20 ' N 90°00 '00" E a distance of 672 . 59 feet <br /> to a point on the east line of said E 1/2 ; thence <br /> SO°03' 22" W along said east line a distance of 615 . 00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning, <br /> from 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />, OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> i and a roved. <br /> PP <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY � <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinais , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requireinents <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
