�����o <br /> ORDINANCE NO. (�� � � � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 30 - TRAFFIC <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br />, Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br />� Illinois , be, and it is hereby amended at Section 120 of <br /> Chapter 30 thereof so that said section as so amended shall <br />' provide as follows : <br /> 120. Whenever any vehicle shall have been <br /> parked in violation of any provision of any ordinance <br /> prohibiting or restricting parking, any person or <br /> entity named as registered owner of such vehicle <br /> shall be prima facie responsible for such violation <br /> and subject to the penalty therefor. <br /> Section 2.
