. � . - ,� , . �Rp�1�M�p � ORDINANCE NO. -'I /� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY ' WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 1978, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the , petition of William F. Blank and others, supported by the required plan and report, to rezone from the R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to the M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, premises situated in the City �f Decatur, Illinois, described as follows : Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Tt�ree (3) , and Four (4) of Block One (1) of the Virginia Addition as per plat recorded in Book 745 on page 200 of the � records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has approved said plan and has recommended and reported its approval and the reasons therefor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That the report, recommendations and approval of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That subject to and upon the applicable con- ditions of Section XVII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No . 3512 , as amended, said described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT for development only as set out in the plan submitted and approved as aforesaid and in accordance with the site development plan, a copy of which is hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, and not otherwise. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are the districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinais, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance ,
