Turner and <br /> Linda M. Turner requesting that premises described as : <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Twelve (12) <br /> of Moses A. Nickey' s 2nd Shore Acres Addition to the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois as per plat recorded in Book <br /> 536 Page 6 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Ill.inois , thence east 150 feet, thence <br /> south 70 feet, trence west 150 reet, thence north 70 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS , it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed <br /> by all of the owners of record of said premises and that there are no <br /> electors residing therein; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, , <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village , Ir.corporated <br /> Town or other municipality; and, � <br /> WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action on annexation of . <br /> said territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ', <br /> DECP_TUR, ILLINOIS: I <br /> Section 1.
