, , <br /> - � , ,��Vn�f��.n�6u <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �� D <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the llth day of July, 1978 , upon due notice , the , <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition ! <br /> of J. MILLARD BROWN to rezone premises described as : � <br /> Lots 18 and 19 in Block 6 of Pythian Home Addition as <br /> per plat recorded in Book 300 page 19 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> own and verified on the District Zonin Ma as in <br /> herein shall be sh g P <br /> such Or3inance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 7��day of <br /> , 1978 . <br /> MAYO <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . �- <br /> Y <br />
