, <br /> v <br /> • ~• + , �1����� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��D� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the llth day of July, 1978 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of PETER FRANK and ALEXANDER W. FRANK to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2) of Beman Place, an Addition <br /> to the City of Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book 149 <br /> page 377 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> and, <br /> Lot Three ( 3) in Block Two (2) of Beman Place , an Addition <br /> to the City of Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book 149 <br /> page 377 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County , Illinois, <br /> and, <br /> The North 45 feet of Lot Ten (10) in Block Two (2) of <br /> Beman Place, an Addition to the City of Decatur, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 149 page 377 of the records in the <br /> Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-5 'I'rr10 FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same �s hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby,rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , and all the <br /> provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above described Y:erein. <br /> Section 4 . That the Zoning of sai.d premises as set out herein <br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in <br />
