,�IICROFlLMED <br /> ORUINANCE N0. —I �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> WILLIAM STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings <br /> are provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is <br /> hereby, prohibited at all times on the north side of West <br /> William Street for a distance of 78 feet west of the west <br /> right of way line of North Main Street. <br /> Section 2.
