Tliep are aiso the owners of the propertp proposed �or rezoning to B-2 . The petitioners desire to maintain their business at this locatioa and in order to cont�inue to be competitive, they desire to expand their existing building and add more parking spaces to their site. The location map shows the extensiveness cf the 8-2 zoning district area which extends north along East street from Willia.m to Eldorado . Tt is sta�f ' s opinion that this petition is in conformity wi.th the Comprehens�ive Plan and the expansion of the existing use would be an asset to this ol.der neighborhood and will. not have a.ny appreciab7.e negative effect .on the �eighborhood.
