'��i <br /> 0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 30 TRAFFIC - HANDICAPPED <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code be, and it is hereby, <br /> amended at Chapter 30 thereof by adding subsection {c) to section <br /> 30 thereof said subsection to provide as follows : <br /> (c) When appropriate signs are erected <br /> designating the same as spaces for parking <br /> by the handicapped, whether on street or off <br /> street, no vehicle shall be parked or stopped <br /> and left standing in such designated spaces except <br /> vehicles bearing special registration plates issued <br /> for operation of vehicles by or for the physically <br /> handicapped. <br /> Section 2 .
