'��'lM <br /> ORDINANCE NO. p��$ � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - BAKER WOODS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of June , 1978 , upon due notice , <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Tom Brinkoetter & Co. to amend the R-3 Residence <br /> Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 5854 as to premises <br /> in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described therein and commonly <br /> known as Baker Woods Estates ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-3 <br /> Residence Development Plan as requesLed be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan <br /> be , and the same is hereby, modified and amended by substituting <br /> the plot plan presented herewith and hereby made a part hereof for <br /> the plot plan designated by and made part of Ordinance No. 5854 <br /> for all purposes as set out therein. <br /> Section 3. That said R-3 Residence Development Plan be, and <br /> the same is hereby, further modified and amended and the petitioner be, <br /> and he is hereby, authorized to develop lot 152 of said plan with three <br /> multi-family buildings containing nine,nine and twelve units <br /> respectively, and that petitioner be, and he is hereby, further <br /> authorized to construct all those multi-family buildings allowed by <br /> said plan to a maximum size of 60 feet by 175 feet. <br /> Section 4 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof, <br /> the heretofore orda�ned R-3 Residence Development Plan and the <br /> provisions of ordinance relating thereto remain in full force and <br /> effect and the same remain subject to all the conditions , limitations <br /> and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this ����day of June,1978 . <br /> e�v- <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � � / ` <br /> ITY C E <br />
