-� . �� ' `., � MiCRO�ILIY�m ORDINANCE N0. �� I�i AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY I' - B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT - ' WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1978, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petiti.on of Rona�d Goodrich and F. W. Wilson III to rezone premises described as: Lots 11, 12 , and 13 cf A-D-G Specialty Center, as per plat recorded in Book 1575 page 247 of the records in the Recorder' S Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated in Macon County, Illinois , from R-1 SINGLE FA*�ILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, TiiEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRTCT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. , Section 3. That said rezoning authorized hereby be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : (a) That said premises be developed only in accordance with a site plan prepared and submitted by petitioners and approved by the Department of Public Works of the City of Decatur, and that no building permits for said premises shall be issued until such site plan is approved as required herein; and (b) That petitioners caused to be constructed, in conformance with the directions and approval of the Department of Pualic Works , a turn lane in North Woodford Street from the south line of said premises extending northward. Section 4 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the
