-� . <br /> �� ' `., � <br /> MiCRO�ILIY�m <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �� I�i <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY I' <br /> - B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT - ' <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1978, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petiti.on <br /> of Rona�d Goodrich and F. W. Wilson III to rezone premises described <br /> as: <br /> Lots 11, 12 , and 13 cf A-D-G Specialty Center, <br /> as per plat recorded in Book 1575 page 247 of <br /> the records in the Recorder' S Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FA*�ILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING <br /> CENTER DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, TiiEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, said <br /> described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE <br /> FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRTCT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. , <br /> Section 3. That said rezoning authorized hereby be, and the same <br /> is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : <br /> (a) That said premises be developed only in accordance with <br /> a site plan prepared and submitted by petitioners and approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works of the City of Decatur, and that no building <br /> permits for said premises shall be issued until such site plan is <br /> approved as required herein; and <br /> (b) That petitioners caused to be constructed, in conformance <br /> with the directions and approval of the Department of Pualic Works , <br /> a turn lane in North Woodford Street from the south line of said <br /> premises extending northward. <br /> Section 4 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br />
