That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and it is hereby, amended at Chapter 45 .1 thereof <br /> so that said Ghapter as so amended shall provide as set out in <br /> Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause said amendatory provisions to be <br /> appropriately reflected in said Code and the same to be published <br /> in pamphlet form.
