��vnU�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 ��'�D <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - SILVER AND HIGHTIDE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Silver Drive <br /> approaching Hightide Drive from the south shall stop and <br /> yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Hightide Drive which have <br /> entered the intersection of said streets or which are <br /> approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded the <br /> right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2.
