. •, i <br /> . - �t�ROF��M� <br /> . � , <br /> ORDTNANCE N0. — � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1978 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of Charles Cherches, Director of the Department of Community <br /> Development, to modify and amend the special use regulations pertaining <br /> to extractive uses; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted and said regulations be so modified <br /> and amended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and ap?�roved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Zoning Ordinance, the same being Ordinance <br /> No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, as amended, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section XXI (q) thereof by deleting the <br /> words " in the M-2 Heavy Industrial District" therefrom. <br /> Section 3.
